What is Atelier Holy Ground?
Atelier Holy Ground is Jamaica’s first faith-based movement and restoration studio. Rooted in faith, our thoughtfully designed movement experiences bring together physical strength, restoration and genuine community.
Do I need previous Pilates experience?
How much does a drop-in class cost?
Foundation Series classes — FOUNDATION and RESTORE — are JMD $3,500 per session. Signature Series classes — FORM and ENDURE — are JMD $4,000 per session.
What is the difference between the two series?
The Foundation Series focuses on intentional movement, mobility, body awareness and the principles that support strength and control. The Signature Series combines technique, strength, sculpting and dynamic movement.
When will the class schedule be available?
Can I book ASCEND or RHYTHM?
Not yet. Our rebounder classes ASCEND and RHYTHM are Coming Soon and are not available for booking.
How do I book and pay?
Bookings and payments will open once our schedule and payment arrangements are confirmed. You can explore our classes and drop-in rates now. No payment is collected on this website yet.
